“Hi, I’m Jonathan Clay, and I believe the future of food starts in our own backyards.
For too long, we’ve relied on industrial agriculture—food shipped from thousands of miles away, grown with chemicals, and controlled by a handful of corporations. I want to change that.
That’s why I started The Kalos Project—to help Houston families, businesses, and communities take back control of their food supply by growing fresh, nutrient-dense food right where they live.
Using regenerative farming and permaculture design, I help people turn underutilized land into thriving, self-sustaining food systems. Whether you want a simple backyard garden or a full-scale edible landscape, I’ll help you build a system that works for you—so you can enjoy real food, grown locally, by you.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward food independence, let’s talk. The future of food is local—and I’d love to help you be part of it.
